It should come as no surprise that a project of this magnitude requires significant funding.

Our aim is to work with and secure the support of funding partners who share our vision and who are keen to contribute to the completion of the project, not only in support of the intended work but also for the artist responsible for creating it.

We feel the strength of this project is in supporting art, bringing work by a world class sculptor to Weymouth whilst reminding current and future generations of the importance of remembrance by providing an evocative and poignant focal point for local people and visitors alike.

We are currently considering options to provide a more formal and visible record of thanks and recognition to those who are actively involved in funding this project and will update this page when a solution has been agreed,
